With it, your server will be included in our custom–built server managing system, which will keep an eye on all the basic processes. And in the event of any service problem, our system administrators will be informed at once and they will solve the problem as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

When you manage a popular site or a data–loaded web application, it is mandatory to have a full back–up copies of everything. Still, configuring an automatic backup system is tough. That is the reason why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services package – we take full responsibility to maintain a complete backup copy of your Linux VPS server, not just of your sites and data, but of all the custom configuration settings that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, retaining all the changes that you have made during that period of time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Suggested that you’d like your Virtual Private Server to have video streaming or video conversion capabilities, you need to install & configure certain software applications on it. And if this sounds like something much too complicated for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting solution, part of our Optional Admin Services package, is the ideal solution for your needs. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our senior server admins who will install and configure any software program or fix any trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. With the KVM VPS Servers, it is an optional feature.
